Riders must be 25 years or older and present a valid Motorcycle Endorsement prior to departure on a scheduled adventure.

Passengers must be 18 years or older.

A Damage Deposit of $1000 on MasterCard / Visa will be held for each motorcycle until a return inspection is completed by Personalized Motorcycle Services, Inc. (PMS)

A Certificate of Insurance provided by MBA Insurance is required. This is a Loss Damage Waiver limiting your financial responsibility for damage to the motorcycle at $1000. An additional $18 / day charge is paid directly to MBA.  Please use policy #201151 and access http://www.mbamotorcycle.com. Full details are available at that website and may be acquired prior to making an adventure reservation.

Riders must comply with local and state traffic laws, use safe riding practices and refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages while operating the motorcycle.

Ride only on designated motorized routes. 

Respect our natural environment and NEVER ride on vegetation or undisturbed ground.

Adventure Packages do not include airfare, meals or transportation to Vail.

Protective eyewear is mandated by the State of Colorado. Helmets are provided for each rider/passenger. We suggest bringing your own helmet if possible. 

MAVERICK cannot be made liable for weather conditions that occur during an adventure and no refunds or adjustments to the adventure price will be made for such conditions. Upon commencement of an adventure, inclement or adverse weather may result in suggested changes in the proposed route and lodging. In case of such an event, MAVERICK will propose alternative routes and attempt to obtain alternative lodging for riders who have prepaid for an adventure. If a rider does not agree to the proposed changes, MAVERICK will not be liable for additional costs or losses incurred by a rider due to adverse weather. This includes, but is not limited to, travel related cost of airline tickets, (non-adventure) hotel reservations and automobile rentals.

Adventures depart from Maverick Motorcycle Adventures facility on Hwy 24.

Motorcycles are delivered free to lodging or residences in Eagle County.

GPS units are programmed to return to Route 6 Café. A free tank of gas and complimentary breakfast will be served while your motorcycle is mechanically inspected by PMS, Inc. and a detailed settlement of your adventure is prepared by a Maverick employee. 

Motorcycles are due back at Route 6 Café by 8:00 AM.
